About Me	Since High School I have been very busy. After graduating from Purdue University with a bachelors in Management, I moved to Nashville, TN where I took a job with Gaylord Entertainment Company in human resources. In 1994, I married my bride and we moved back to Lebanon, IN when I went to work for Emerson Electric Company. In the year following, we returned to Nashville when my career took me to SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories. Since that time, I have worked for Accenture as a business process management consultant, Gap, Inc., Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., and most recently as Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Hall and Hunt Enterprises, LLC. In 2008 I formed a limited liability company of which I am president and managing partner. Pathways Group, LLC is a collaborative dual-division consulting and counseling firm providing executive coaching, organizational and leadership development consulting through Pathways Consulting GroupPathways Counseling Group the second division, provides adolescent, adult, couple and family counseling services . In 2004 I returned to school to pursue a master's degree in mental health counseling. Upon graduating from this program in 2007, I made the decision to continue my educational pursuits to achieve the terminal degree of PhD in Psychology, which will be completed in 2009. We have two great sons, and are in the process of adopting a beautiful baby girl from China. We hope to bring her home to her "forever family" in the summer of 2008.
