JOHN E. LOBB
Commander John E. Lobb was born 28 July 1963. He was raised in Magnolia, Kentucky. He attended the United States Naval Academy and graduated in May of 1986 with a Bachelors of Science in Ocean Engineering. He selected Surface Warfare in his fourth year.
Following Graduation from USNA was an Assistant Football Coach for USNA Varsity Football team until November of 1986. He attended the Surface Warfare Offices School for Division Officers in San Diego, CA. His first ship was USS LYNDE MCCORMICK (DDG-8), a 1200-psi steam ship in San Diego, CA. During his first tour he complete one and half deployments including hostilities of PRAYING MANTIS in the Persian Gulf in 1988. He served as Gunnery Officer and Boilers Officer while onboard. He completed SWO qualification in ten months onboard.
In November of 1989 Commander Lobb transferred to Fleet Combat Training Center, Pacific in San Diego, CA. While instructing in the Tactical Action Officer, and Enlisted Tactical Action Courses he received the designation of Master Training Specialist.
In November 1992 he attended the SWO department Head School. He reported in May of 1993 as Chief Engineer on the USS PRINCETON (CG-59). PRINCETON stationed in Long Beach, CA. Commander Lobb completed two deployments to the Persian Gulf in 1993 and 1995 in a 37-month tour. He then reported to the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA in the July of 1996 where he earned a Master of Science in Financial Management.
In February of 1998, Commander Lobb reported to the staff of Commander, Cruiser-Destroyer Group Twelve for duty as Assistant Maritime Operations. He deployed with the ENTERPRISE (CVN-65) Battle Group in 1999 to the Mediterranean Sea and Persian Gulf, which included hostilities of DESERT FOX in December of 1999.
In June of 2000 Commander Lobb reported for duty as Executive Officer, Assault Craft Unit TWO. He completed his XO tour in December of 2001. He then reported as Flag Secretary for CNSG TWO from January 2002 until February 2004. He reported for duty as Executive Officer of Naval Station Mayport in May 2004.
His decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal two awards, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal six awards, the Combat Action Ribbon, the Navy Unit Commendation, and various campaign ribbons and medals.
John retired from the Navy in NOV 2007 and joined TSM Corporation, assuming a role as the Navy's BRAC Program Manger for the Southeast region of the UNITED STATES (Texas to South Carolina). Hobbies include GOLF, swimming and working out. He has one daughter, Elise who is sixteen years old.

Served 4.5 years as a Military Police officer. My duty stations included Ft. McClellan, Al., Ft. Huachuca, Az, Camp Carroll, South Korea and Ft. Campbell, Ky. Was discharged in 2001 as a Spec./E-4 and more reside in Collinsville, Il. with my husband, whom I met while we were both serving in Ft. Huachuca.

Joined the Army right after high school presently stationed at Fort Knox instructing Marines how to be Tankers. I have traveled to Europe and the Middle East for tours of duty and have no plans to retire until after 2013

I joined the Army in 1990 and served as an Orthopedic Specialist in a Mash unit during the end of Desert Storm. After my 4 years of active duty, I went to the Army Reserves for 8 years as apart of the 5010th Hospital Mash unit out of Bowman field in Louisville KY. I went to basic training at Fort Jackson and AIT at Fort Sam Houston. Then I was stationed at Fort Hood Texas during my active duty.
