Robert "Mike" Felter served in the Navy from 1967-1971. He was a Vietnamese River Patrol Advisor in Vietnam 7/1970 - 7/1971. He died July of 2009 at the Veteran's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma of cancer.
