The big event will be a Hawaiian luau to be held Saturay night August 8, 2009 from 5pm to 11:30pm. Wear your best Hawaiian shirt and get ready to have a great time and catch up with all you old friends. A chicken or steak dinner will be provided for the event price below. The plan at this point is that as long as we get enough people we will also include an open bar and bartender as part of the event price. If we do not secure enough attendees we may have to revise thoughs plans and make the event BYOB. Based on a lot of requests after our 10 year reunion we are also planning to have a family cookout and picnic the day of the big event from 10am - 3pm which will allow all those with families a little extra time to catch up before the big event. This will be an event for the whole family so please bring your significant other and the kids. We have an area to cook out lunch and we will also have a bouncy house and slide for the smaller kids, so make sure they bring their bathing suits. For this event our plan is to include the basic foods (hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, soda, etc.). Alcohol for this event will be BYOB. Both the Saturday afternoon Cookout and the Saturday evening Hawaiian Luau will be held at the same location. Event Cost: Before May 1, 2009 is $50 Between May 1 - June 30, 2008 is $60 After June 30 is $70. All amounts are per adult, there is no cost for children who attend the Saturday cookout and picnic. In addition we will have a very informal get to gether at Cocunuts Comedy Club on 98 north on Friday night for any of those of you who may be rolling in to town early and want to get together the night before for a few laughs and drinks. Cover, food and drinks for this event will not be included in reunion fee. In order to keep cost low and get the biggest bang for our buck, the entire event will be put on by all of us. We have formed a small committe to help oragnize the event but still need more volunteers to help us do a number of things, most of all reconnect with all our old friends.
