Went to the Navy delayed entry program in the summer of 1998 before senior year. Went into active duty in August of 1999. Honorably discharged in November 2002 after two 6-month deployments, and having visited Hawaii, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Kuwait City, Dubai, Bahrain as a petty officer third class.

Attended a maritime academy out of HS, decided more school wasn't for me. Joined the CG and found my passion, assignments include TRACEN Petaluma PD, Air Station San Diego, Patrol Forces South West Asia (Middle East onboard Cutter Adak), Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST) San Diego, Cutter Chase and Sherman both out of San Diego (spent more time in South America and Alaska than in San Diego), back to the Arabian gulf for another year on Cutter Adak, and now back in So.Cal. at deployable specialized forces command (DSF) at a globally deployable Port Security Unit. Loved every minute so far, 5 years until retirement!!

Our Laguna Creek High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done!
