My Military Career started in the Marine Corps in which I served six years active duty and one year reserves. I enlisted in the Army in 1997 and have continued to serve my country as a Sergeant First Class curently stationed at Fort Stewart, Georgia assigned to the 92ND Engineer Combat Battalion as a Construction Supervisor.

I'm a jet engine mechanic in the La Ir National Gaurd. I troubleshoot problems that occur on the -220 jet engine and fix the problem to keep the jets flying. I also run the engine in our hush house. Other than one weekend a month it's also my everyday job plus that one weekend a month.

I am SrA Miller. I am an Aerospace Maintenance Journeyman.(Crew Chief). I work on the E-4B, which flies missions for the Secretary of Defense. I have only been deployed two times. Speaking of, I am deployed right now.

Cryptologic Technician Research (CTR) - HFDF (High Frequency Direction Finding). Attended bootcamp in Orlando and graduated December 1978. Attended "A" school in Pensacola, Florida and remained an additional 3 months as an Instructor's Aide. Transferred to Edzell, Scotland in October 1979. Served there for 2 years. Transferred to Masset, British Columbia Canada as part of the Exchange Program. Served on the Queen Charlotte Islands for 2 years. Reenlisted in 1983 and transferred to San Angelo, Texas for Analysis School. Transferred to Keflavik, Iceland in August 1984 and served there for 1 year. Transferred to Homestead, Florida in September 1985 and remained until my discharge in March 1988.

I spent 6 years in the Navy stationed on the East Coast in Norfolk, Va. In that short career, I was stationed on 2 Ships, the USS Yellowstone AD-41 and the USS Guam LPH-9. While I was aboard the Yellowstone, I worked as a rigger in the ship's repair department. My shop was responsible for assisting in the removal of heavy machinary and equipment from workspaces for repair or service as needed. While I was aboard the Guam, I worked as the Damage Control Petty Officer of my workspace. I was responsible for the maintenance and repair of all workspace Safety and Damage Control Systems.
