About	Ronald Wayne Fillman, 62, of Yuma, Arizona, passed away on September 12, 2023. He was born in Philadelphia in 1961 to Robert and Katherine Fillman, along with his twin brother. Ronald attended schools in both Philadelphia and Yuma before graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. He spent his career working at Yuma Proving Grounds.
