Belinda J Collins was sister to Kenny Brian and Kevin Collins. At the age of 7 she was given at heart transplant. Belinda moved from California to Virginia in 1994. She would later attend kghs and become president of the American sign language club. While attending Virginia union university for a nursing degree she would fall victim to heart complications. She passed away on Oct 20 2001.
