Dr. Michael Fraser, aka "Fraser" or "Doc", 66, of Dallas, Texas, passed away April 20, 2023.
He was born in Royal Oak, Michigan on December 28, 1956 to Robert and Patricia Fraser. Fraser graduated Des Moines College of Osteopathic Medicine. He moved to Dallas to complete his residency, later opening his Family Practice, Fraser Clinic.
Fraser had a passion for spending time with his family and listening to all types of music. He was an avid Detroit Redwings fan and loved anything and everything dogs. He loved The State Fair of Texas, buying season tickets for his family every year, most years attending every day the fair was open.
Doc Fraser never met a stranger and left an everlasting impression on everyone he met. He will forever be remembered by his signature drink, Coors Light.
He is survived by his children, Conor Fraser, wife Alli Deluca-Fraser, Caitlin Fraser-Miner, husband Henry Miner, Tara Clark and grandson Cash. Sisters Kathy Peasley and Kelly Fraser-Letson, nieces and nephews Mallory Conger, Nick Peasley, Sydney and Shelby Letson, as well as great nephews and niece.
