KEARNS HIGH CLASS OF 1984 -25TH REUNION Saturday, August 29, 2009 Time: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Location: CITY PARK Street: 4400 WEST 3500 SOUTH City/Town: West Valley City, UT Phone: 8019686949 Email: julielbateson PLEASE BRING: -Your Own Meat -A Dish To Share -(expect over 50-100 people) -Your Own Drinks -Lawn Chairs -Extra Clothing/Towels -(there will be water activities) NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR: -Ice: -Napkins: -Silver Ware: -Cups: -Plates: -Kid Activities: -Clean Up Crew: -Cooks: -Adult Activities/Games: PLEASE RSVP: if at all possible let me know, so I can let those who are helping out know how many to expect: # of Adults/ # of Children juliebateson@msn.com ----------------------- ABOUT THE PARK: Play Area Baseball Court / Football/ Basket Ball Court Drinking Fountain Restrooms 1 BBQ Pit Plenty of Grass Areas *NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED* Covered Pavilion(s) with benches/tables -DIRECTIONS: the park location is: 4400 West 3500 South behind the WVC Postal Office. if you are entering the park from 3500 South, enter the lot and go straight down the road -you'll see ONLY two pavilions on your left... if you are entering the park from 3500 South but are entering from 4400 West go to the third entrance from 3500 South and there is a LDS Church on the right hand side... keep going down the road -you'll begin to see grass then the two pavilions/parking on your right. I will have balloons and signs around the area -just in case you're not familiar with the area and are from out of town. TRAVELING IN FROM OUT OF TOWN/OUT OF STATE: If you are coming in from out of town/state; if you need any help with your travel plans please let me know, I'll be more then willing to help you make your reservations/plans. ****** NOTES ****** PLEASE volunteer to help in the listed areas above and in making our 25th High School Reunion a memorable one for all to treasure and wanting a 30th Reunion .....
