Born Feb 11, 1949, Joanne Weber Kindlund attended Kathleen High School in Lakeland, FL.

Joanne went on to University of Florida earning her BA in 1972. She and her husband built the RV Industries first national publicly owned RV Dealer Chain which upon its sale rolled up into the Camping World national chain!
She held a Captian’s Liscence in the US Merchant Marine operating bi costal Yacht’s. Her only son Darien was a graduate of Phillips Academy and went on to earn a double masters at Cornell University.Her husband Newton was induced in 2002 into the RV Hall of Fame in Elkhart Ind. She and her family maintained homes in Winter Park , Florida, San Francisco, Ca and Gryon, Switzerland at her death from cancer.
