A three day event has been set up..Thursday, Tour of school & planetarium, Friday, Lunch at Daly's, Friday night, parade & homecoming. Saturday Night, Dinner & Dance at the Marriott Hotel. Evening Wear for the dinner.
John Glenn High School Class of 1980 30yr Reunion **The Reunion Information Packets were sent out February 6, 2010. If you have not received it please contact me at the email below. The reunion will be held on September 24, 25, 2010 in conjunction with JGHS Homecoming weekend. The weekend has been planned accordingly: Friday, September 24th Tour of John Glenn at 3pm followed by the Homecoming Parade (which we will be participants), then on to the Football Game through half time events. There will be a social gathering following, (venue still to be determined.) Saturday, September 25th The Reunion will be held at the beautiful Burton Manor at 27777 Schoolcraft in Livonia from 6pm to 12am. The evening will begin with registration and a cocktail social (open bar for entire event) followed by a formal sitting dinner commencing at 7:15pm. After dinner, then let the party begin!!! Reconnect with your old classmates and even get to know some new ones as the entertainment keeps things going till midnight. An Afterglow party for anyone interested will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn-Plymouth at 14600 Sheldon Rd immediately following at the Great American Grill Rooms are currently available for a rate of $85.00 (less than the 20th) for both Friday and Saturday, just mention group code JGHS 80 at 734.354.0001.
