I’m so grateful to have lived the life I did, from the San Francisco Bay Area all over the United States, made great friends, colleagues, teammates, coaches, wife and kids, just a few things I would have changed, but for the most part, the ride is great. I loved my mother and father so much, they had my back . From a baby, three high school and college, watching me perform on the track field and my mom yelling and screaming at Championships to kissing both of their faces up and till a grown man. I miss those days of just sitting on the grass football field chilling after a good hard track workout and my girl come over and kiss me and say I love you, (Clovette). I loved my high school and was so lost after i left for Oregon State University, track was and is my life, that was the only time that I felt free and at peace.
