4 years 3 months and 23 days active duty to be exact. If I could do it over, I would have gone Marine Corps and would prolly still be in today. The aircraft mechanics I got to work with was an honor. It was all the other a-holes that forgot what team they were on and why they are wearing the uniform they had on, it was not just a job to me.

Vietnam Vet as a helicopter door gunner. Also worked on various weapon systems Such as the F105, F4 & HH3 helicopter. Also worked as a jet engine mechanic, on the C9, C5, C130 , C141, and the KC135 aircraft. Was very instrumental in the evacuation of personnel from Clark AB during the Mt Pintaubo eruption.
