Jefferson West High School 50th Class Reunion

Greetings class of 74. All the pieces have fallen into place, it looks like we are going to have a spectacular reunion. We have a
total of 38 people coming to the reunion. I was unable to contact 9 classmates. Kenny Creek, William Jones, Vickie Kirkword, Lyle Langley, Kim Lucas, Jolene Russell, Rick Stapel, Sherry Taylor and Ann Weixelman. If anyone happens to have recent info on them, let me know and I will reach out.

The reunion will be at the Meriden VFW. Meet and greet at 6 pm, dinner at 6:30, music from 6:30 t0 10:30. Dinner is a buffet catered by Jolene Bickel & associates. The menu consists of fried chicken, beef brisket, green beans, salad, cheesy potatoes, rolls with tea and water. There will be various wines to open or take home. The VFW bar is available for any other drink requests. Dinner will cost us $20.00 per person. 151 Entertainment is providing a DJ and will be there from 6:30 to 10:30. I am looking for all music recommendations, I was thinking
70’s era but open to any music. Let me know.

If anyone is interested in golf (Fri, Sat, or Sun), please contact Don Welborn or me to set something up. I would go chase a ball
but will be recovering for knee replacement.

I have received some of your brief histories but quite a few are missing. Take the time to write something up and I will put a copy
together for all of us to read. If you would like I can also email them out before the reunion to catch us all up.


Finally, Joyce and I will be setting everything up on Saturday afternoon. As mentioned above I will be recovering from Knee replacement
and of little use (just a pretty face). She could use some help if anyone is available to put out tablecloths, doilies, candles... Thanks! Joyce and I are looking forward to seeing all of you and have enjoyed reaching out!
