About Kasey Kalina Parker, age 35 of Jefferson City, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 2, 2021. She was a member of Nina Baptist Church in White Pine. During Kasey’s short time on earth she loved and was loved by many family and friends. Kasey was a kind soul with a loving heart and never met a stranger; she was full of excitement, adventure, and she loved with her whole heart. Everything she did throughout her short time with us, she did it up magnificently; everything had to be perfect; she put her whole being into any person, project, or activity to make it the best it could be. Kasey graduated ETSU with a degree in elementary education and taught at many different schools throughout Jefferson County. She loved sports but her favorite was basketball which she played practically all her life; her special friend Kristy Helms was her lifelong friend through the many activities they did growing up and Kasey’s older brother, Brandon actually coached them in basketball for a while. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles “Eddie” Parker; grandfather, Robert “R.T.” Parker; step-grandfather, Leon “Willie” Williams, and special dad, Rodney Stanley.
Kasey leaves behind her 3 beautiful daughters, Kadence Tynley-Ann Parker, Kynley Skylar Parker, and Khloe Azlynn Parker of Jefferson City, they were her 3 bright shining stars and the loves of her life; she also leaves behind her mother, Vicky Parker of Jefferson City; brother, Charles “Brandon” (Aimee) Parker of New Market; sister, Tasha Leigh Ann Parker of Jefferson City; mamaw, Barbara Williams of New Market; papaw, Claude (Vickie) Williams of Bean Station; mamaw, Ethel Mae Parker of White Pine; nephew, Zayden Lee of Jefferson City; niece, Zoe Lee of Jefferson City; nieces, Madison and Miley Parker of New Market; aunt, Carolyn (Steve) Lewis of White Pine; uncles, Billy (Anna Beth) Parker of Morristown and Wayne (Sherry) Williams of Jefferson City; also many cousins including special Clint Parker.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday, August 9, 2021 at Alder Funeral Home and the funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Jimmy Norris officiating. Graveside services will 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
