So start practicing saying “Remember when…†and mark the calendars now, this time around will be July 24th & 25th 2009. A family night is planned for Friday, July 24th at the Field of Dreams covered pavilion in Dandridge. An all-you-can-eat buffet will be served from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and catered by VolBBQ Catering (our very own Travis Stansberry). The cost per adult will be $10.00, children age 4 - 9 $5.00 each, with children 3 and under eating free. We would also recommend bringing folding chairs or a blanket to sit on. Crystal Martin Photography will be taking photos of each family and candid photos on Friday night and class photo and candid photos throughout Saturday night. A CD with the class photo and all family and candid shots for both nights will be available to those interested. The charge for the CD will be $15.00, if preordered, or $20.00 if ordered that night. Payment due upon order and includes postage and handling On Saturday, July 25th we will be gathering at Park Vista Resort Hotel, located at 705 Cherokee Orchard Rd. Gatlinburg, TN. Registration will begin at 6:00 PM, and a class picture will be taken at 7:00 PM. If you would like to be in the class picture please try to be on time, as there will not be a “do-overâ€. A full dinner buffet will be served at 7:30 PM with entertainment to follow. Cost for attending Saturday night will be $37.50 per person or $75.00 per couple. Park Vista will again be blocking off a limited number of rooms for those who would prefer to spend the night. Park Vista’s toll free reservation number is 1-800-421-7275. For single or double rooms we have been given a special rate of $89.00 per night. If you are interested you might want to make reservations a.s.a.p., the cut-off date for this rate is 6/25/09.
