We will distribute registration forms in the very near future. The cost will be $15 per adult and $7 per child over 3. This cost will include a catered meal and the location registration fee. We will have an indoor location in case of rain as well as outdoor seating. We tried very hard to come up with a location that would be similar distance from either end of the county, had activities for kids and adults, have a rain venue, and most importantly (and harder to find than you might think) had an open date. We did not get enough responses from people interested to plan a two day event but I think Amanda Kessinger was asking people to contact her if they were interested in meeting the night before. We hope to see you there!
