| About Me | I am married to a girl I met while I was going to school on the coast in Santa Cruz. We have been together for almost 13 years and married for five years. Her name is Kate and she is very smart and very loving. She is a wonderful mother and wife and one of the most caring people I know. We have been blessed with the fortune of Kate being able to stay at home with our twin children Evan Manuel and Luciana Star. They are 20 months old and running everywhere and climbing everything. They are so much fun. Kate and I met in Santa Cruz. I was attending the University of California, Santa Cruz and getting a degree in environmental studies. We met during my junior year. Kate had just started to attend college at the local community college when we met. Both of us started school later than most people do, however it was all for the best as I was not mature enough for the commitment prior to that time. Kate and I moved a few times, Santa Cruz, Dallas, Davis, and then West Sacramento. I work as an environmental consultant and I am a partner in a small environmental firm. I used to do lots of work out in the field, but now i spend most of my time behind the computor. Kate was an environmental consultant too. She worked for as a consultant for a few years after graduation; however, once the twins came along, she has stayed home taking care of the house and our little ones. We love music and dancing. I play loud music every night and dance with my children before I give them a bath and put them to bed. It is my favorite thing to do. Kate and I love to camp and backpack in the mountains. I love to fish and hunt too. Before the babies came, Kate and I would spend many weekends during the fall, spring and summer camping and hiking in the mountains and along the coast.
