Details:
There will be a full dinner buffet with free non-alcoholic beverages during the entire event. A cash bar will also be available for anyone wishing to purchase alcoholic beverages.
When booking the venue, they required a guarantee of at least 60 people, which after all anticipated expenses, works out to $100/person.
So until it is determined how many people will definitely attend this event and they have all paid in full, I need to proceed based on the fact that if we end up with fewer than 100 guests, the per-person cost will exceed the $86 price originally quoted to you.
That said, I need to charge everyone $100, with the stipulation that any extra money be split evenly among all attendees. One last thing: The more people who attend, the lower the per-person cost will be, so please try to come. But in any event, we need a total of at least 60 people.
Please RSVP as soon as possible, to give me an idea of how many people to expect and please try to pay as soon as you can, to minimize my cash outlay for the required deposits.
For those of you wishing to send payment online, you may use Paypal. When sending the money, please select: 'Personal Method' and then money is being sent as: 'Other.' When sending the money, be sure to pay using your 'Paypal Account Balance' or your 'Bank Account' or fees will be assessed. If payment via credit card is your only option, you may do so, but please be sure to pay for the fees on your end when prompted, because otherwise I will reject the payment.
