Michele Holliday McGaughey, class of 1987, was tragically killed in an automobile accident on Friday, April 10, 2009. Driving west toward Kittanning, she was hit by a tractor trailer that was was unable to stop for a vehicle on the highway. The truck jackknifed and struck Michele's vehicle, causing fatal head injuries to Michele. Her 9 month old daughter, Madison was not injured. Michele is survived by her husband, Jason, and 3 daughters, Jasmine, Marissa, and Madison. Her sisters, Cyndi Holliday Fleming ( ) and Brenda Holliday Engel ( ) also survive her.
