Colonel Hobaugh served for 30 years in the US Army Dental Corps. He was stationed at many posta throughout the world and served in Vietnam in 1969. His final assighment was as Dean, AMEDD Center and School, Fort Sam Houston, TX. He and his wife Carol reside in San Antonio, TX He graduated from IJHS in 1955.
