About	Chesapeake - Tonya Leigh Wilson, 45, of Chesapeake, passed away on December 2, 2025, at Sentara Leigh Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 19, 1980, in Washington, Pennsylvania. Tonya was a graduate of Indian River High School, Class of 1998 whose life journey included various experiences, most notably her time working at local entertainment venues. She enjoyed attending live concerts and looked forward to football season so she could cheer for the Steelers. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Janice “Cookie” Shriner and uncle, Galen Thomas Shriner. She leaves behind a loving family, including her mother, Sherilyn (Shriner) Wilson; sisters, Tara (Brian) Murrill, Tiffany (Chris) Lombardo, Tracey (Wayne) Riley; nieces Kaitlyn (Austin) Stokely, Kendall Murrill; great niece and nephews Paisley, Westyn, and Beau; as well as other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
