Commissioned 2nd Lt. from OCS. Joined the 76th Division Promoted to 1st Lt. and Executive Off.
Went into Normandy over Utah Beach on June 9th.
Was wounded on July 3rh and was sent back to the U.S.A.
Was discharged on Sept 6th 1945.
