We have been given a room rate of $153 a night/double occupancy for a 2 night stay of Friday and Saturday. If you choose to stay Saturday night only the rate is $164. This rate is for 2 people, you can add 2 more people to share your room for $20 each.
I have done the math:
2 people in the room for the weekend the rate would be: $153 for person
3 people in the room: $108.67/pp
4 people in a room: $86.50/pp
This does not include tax.
The Reunion Dinner will be Saturday, November 8th. 7-11pm in the Copper Room.
The buffet dinner includes Soda and Ice tea on the tables along with coffee/tea. We will have a cash bar.
And BONUS... Our DJ is free!!!

Buffet dinner with a fantastic selection of foods for every palate at Portobello's on Saturday July 19! Dinner from 7:00pm-11:00pm, cash bar. $99 per person. Can't make it for dinner but want to stop by? We still need to pay for every person who walks in the door so, you guessed it - $99 for latecomers too! Or just join us for lunch on Sunday...
OPTIONAL - some have decided to meet for lunch at Valley Stables (formerly Valley Pub) on Sunday July 20 - Pay your own way and cash bar, anytime between 11:30am-4:00pm.
Lastly - We’ve been able to hold limited space and special rates at the Courtyard Mahwah for the nights of July 18, 19 and 20, located at 140 Route 17th South in Mahwah.
A room with one King bed is $109 per night or 2 Queens for $119 per night, taxes additional. The hotel is approximately 10 miles from Portobello’s.
To hold space, call Marriott Reservations at 800-321-2211 before June 27th to make your reservations. Identify yourself as part of the Indian Hills High School Reunion Room block group at the Courtyard Mahwah. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Rates are subject to change if you call after June 27th, but it is advised you ask for the same rate in the room block should you call at that time.
