About Me | i wasnt actually in the graduating class i dropped out in my senior year as i wasnt NJ NJgoing to graduate with my class i recieved my G.E.D. in 1979 i moved to lake tahoe and worked in the casinos and lived with my best friend kalmer fox after that i moved around alot and in 1983 i graDUATED FROM GRANTS PASS COLLEGE OF BEAUTY I WORKED IN CJ FOR ABOUT 6-8 MO AND ENDED UP IN BROOKINGS I MET MY WIFE HERE I DID HAIR FOR ABOUT 3 yrs and i accidently got a job selling cars i also got married about that time. i spent 17 years with my ex wife and i sold cars until 1992 at a new car dealership in brookings i was disgruntaled with my job basically burnt out on having the pressure of selling to make a paycheck i wanted something different so i went to truck driving school in eugene ,or in the summer of 1992 i graduated at the top ,well 3rd in the class of 50 i then worked as a long haul truck driver i travelled all over the country i started taking my son with me at the age of 3 by the time he was 15 he had been to every state in the lower 48 in the year 2000 after a long tumutous relationship with my ex wife we seperated many times and we were living together ,we had moved all over the west coast we ended up in boulder city outside vegas and we were divorced and we got back together and moved back to brooking and i worked hauling wood chips we got our tax returns and my ex told me to take our tax returns and go buy a truck so i did and i told her i wanted to make sure she was with me as i needed her well she called me and told me after 4 mo told me i didnt need to come home she found someone new. so to make a long story short i owned my own trucking company for the past 6 yrs until 2005 i was injured and i enede up getting a disease called fibromyalgia i have been unable to work since then i lost my truck and everything. so now i sit at home dealing with life on a much slower pace i went to my 25th year reunion and i saw all my old classmates i live in brookings and i have got to spend time with my kids although i missed out on most of their childhood i am bonding with them now my girls are twins they are 17 and my son is almost 21 he is living with me he takes care of the things i have trouble with like almost everything i never imagined at 45 years old i would be like this i used to be a big burly trucker and now i can barley open a pickle jar i had to buy a bottle opener . its pretty sad but i take it day by day. sorry if i bored anyone .but this is my life i am not one to brag about ,or lie about who i am i miss all my old...(read more) |
