• If you haven’t already, please provide payment per person, per event to the Reunion treasurer by 6 May, 2025. See Reunion Payments below.
• See event titles below for cost details. Golf fees and Senior Breakfast costs are separate from reunion payments.
REUNION WEEKEND AGENDA
Friday Night Festivities, 6 June. $20/person
• Location – Deer Creek Vineyards, 2680 Deer Creek Road, Selma
• 4-8PM
• 5:30PM Dinner - Pizza & salad with wine or soft drinks
• Locals bring lawn chairs to augment existing seating for outside live music
Saturday Breakfast, 7 June. No reunion costs
• Illinois Valley Senior Center
• Location – 520 E. River St, Cave Junction, (541) 592-6888
• 8-11AM Breakfast. Pay on site $9 for all you can eat
Saturday Games & Lunch, 7 June. No reunion costs
• IV Golf Club
o Location - Cave Junction course on Hwy 199
o Planning a 9AM start. 2 hours and change duration
o Green fees paid on site to IV Golf Club
• Whisper Canyon Ranch (WCR) games
o Location – 2249 Reeves Creek Road, Selma
o 10AM start. Relaxing games for non-golfers
• WCR BBQ Lunch
o Bring your lunch to grill
o 12PM–2PM
Saturday Night Main Reunion Event, 7 June. $35/person
• Location: Whisper Canyon Ranch is in Selma. Detailed directions in a subsequent message
• 4PM: Social gathering, music, and karaoke
• 5:15PM: MC pre-dinner kickoff
• 5:30PM: Dinner – Choice of smoked steak tips or smoked chicken
• 6:30PM: Reunion Awards & Desert
• 8PM: Concluding remarks
Sunday Brunch, 8 June. $15/per person
• Location: WCR Cosmic Café
• 10AM-12PM: Brunch – Pancakes, bacon & eggs, handhelds+
• Reunion farewells
