Wendell E. Anderson Sr.
Class of 1972
10 years in the Air Force, toured with Tops In Blue, current lead sing for world famous, "The Hues Corporation", of "Rock the Boat" fame, currently, C.E.O. of my own Independent record label here in Cincinnati "Natty Records, LLC and founder of a new show band, "Spare Change". I've been singing professionally since I graduated from Hughes in various capacities, from recording with some of the worlds best know artists ( Cuba Gooding Sr. & the Main Ingredient, The Trammps, Thelma Houston, Taste of Honey, The Spinners, Lou Rawls, Aretha Franklin Frankie Valli to performing alongside (too many to mention) famous singers and actors. I also worked for a number of years in T.V, appearing on hit sitcoms like, A Different World, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Martin and Doug E. Doug Show. I am an Air Force Veteran and proud father of 2 sons and a daughter, 5 grandchildren ( 2 boys and 3 girls) and proud member of Greater Liberty Baptist Church, 6209 Desmond St. Madisonville. Oh.
