| About Me | Besides a few places in the US, I have done a little traveling to a couple of other countries, France and Morocco, but they are long, hard, exhausting trips, so I've decided that when I travel, it will be where my heart is...the United States of America. Since I was in Morocco 5 times, I do speak a little Moroccan Arabic....at least enough to ask where the pharmacy is. I have been learning sign language off and on for about 6 or 7 years. I've always thought it is a beautiful language. I don't know enough yet to sign with or for people who are deaf. I'm very slow at signing and very slow at reading sign language. I have a lot to learn, but I'm working on it. I have always been the type person that knows a little bit about a lot of different things, but not a lot of any one thing. I enjoy woodworking, hunting and fishing. I have had a few small businesses. I manufactured fishing baits out of my basement when I was living in Concord, AL. I was an income tax preparer and I also did some small engine repair. I'm definitely a woman that doesn't mind getting her hands dirty and I don't faint if I break a fingernail.
