Military Police Officer and Middle East Foreign Area Office. Served 28 years on active duty, 5 overseas tours, including 2 in the Middle East. Retired as Lieutenant Colonel in 2002. Security Manager for ExxonMobil in the Middle East for 2 years. Chief of Army Law Enforcement Branch in the Pentagon for 3 years. Currently working as Director of Security for the United States Trade Representative, in the Executive Office of the President, Washington DC.

Served 22 years as an Infantry and later a Quartermaster Officer. Retired in 2003 as a Major. Saw service in the Berlin Brigade, 9th Infantry Division and 10th Mountain Division. Deployed in support of Operation Uphold Democracy in Haiti and as part of the Stabilization Force (SFOR) in Bosnia. Currently working as a Department of the Army Civilian in Virginia.
