| About | Pat was a last-minute substitute on a softball team playing first base. The runner collided heads with Pat and then Pat fell back, striking his head on the ground. Was in a coma for 18 months before he passed away. |

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday (Due notice of time will be given) Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a 529 college fund account in the name of Pat's children: Ashleigh Margaret Starr and Zachary Raymond Starr.
