Pat was a last-minute substitute on a softball team playing first base. The runner collided heads with Pat and then Pat fell back, striking his head on the ground. Was in a coma for 18 months before he passed away.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Monday 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday (Due notice of time will be given) Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a 529 college fund account in the name of Pat's children: Ashleigh Margaret Starr and Zachary Raymond Starr.
