Margaret passed away peacefully on January 5th, 2024 at the age of 86. She was the beloved wife of John Duffy (deceased) for 58 years, loving mother to Bernadette (Anthony) and Brian, and caring grandmother to five Grandchildren: Nicholas, Sarah, Deirdre, Michelle and Leah.
Rita was born June 28, 1937 in Lackaghbeg Co. Galway, Ireland, to James and Catherine Moran, and moved to San Francisco in 1957. Beloved sister of Maureen Fitzgerald and Patrick Moran. She was also sister to Eileen Spiers, Anne Donovan, Briget Roche, Michael Moran, Mattie Moran, John Joe Moran and Kathleen Ryder who are all deceased. She worked for Office and Professional Employees for many years as a secretary. After she retired in 1996 her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren.
