George M. “Mugsy” Brugos, Jr, age 69 of Lowell passed away August 6, 2017.
He was a graduate of Horace Mann High School, class of 1965. George was a captain for the Lake County Sheriff’s Department for 21 years and continued to work at the LCSD as a civilian until retiring in 2014. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. George will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years- Susie; children- Jason Brugos, Josh (Rebecca) White; Jory Brugos; grandson Jack Molina; brothers- Dennis (Theresa) Brugos, John David (JoAnne) Brugos.
