Darrell D. Harrington, 68 of Valparaiso passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017.
He was born June 2, 1949 in Gary, IN to the late Donald and Eileen (MacPhearson) Harrington. Darrell made his career as a Medical Technologist with the Methodist Hospitals from 1981 until his retirement in 2007. He was a member of the Jimmy Buffet Fan Club and Turkey Tracks. Darrell enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. He will be remembered by his family as a strong willed, brave, and supportive husband and father.
On March 8, 1975 in Crown Point, IN Darrell married Patricia Pate, who survives, along with their children: Scott (Lori) Harrington of Valparaiso, Jennifer Harrington of Valparaiso; siblings: Diane, Dennis, Donna, Darlene, and Denise.
