Emily K. Greene Judd, 99 of Valparaiso, passed away Friday, September 2, 2016.
She was born on August 18, 1917 in Dixon, IL to the late Constance and Kathryn (Turner) Thoman. Emily was a graduate of Horace Mann High School and worked for 15 years as a toll attendant for the Indiana Toll Road, retiring in 1982. She was an active member of the St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Center, Valparaiso.
Emily is survived by her children: Michael (Ann) Greene of Hebron, Timothy R. (Mary Jean) Greene of Beverly Shores, David (Mildred) Greene of Portage, Janet (Kenneth) Keller of Valparaiso, and Della (Ron) Hoffman of Florida; daughter-in-law, Cleo Greene Smith of Valparaiso; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Richard Greene in 1971, Clifford Judd in 1976, and Howard Judd in 1984; daughter, Gretchen Greene; son, Robert Greene; and grandson, Rick Greene.
