About	Wanda Felice (Harvey) Parnell, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016 at the Methodist Hospital – Southlake Campus in Merrillville, IN, with her loving family by her side. She was born May 13, 1957 to Willie Harvey and Mary Helen (Golden) Vandiver who preceded her in death. Wanda is survived by her loving daughters; Jamica (Eugene) Williams, Jamina Nailor, Richelle Parnell and Valerie Parnell; grandchildren, Jaylen, Jaeden, Jasmin, Jeremiah, Jaida, Chase, Jordan and Juston; siblings, Ernest (Carolyn) Pugh, Marie Felton, Margaret Chapman, Donald (Sara) Harvey, Al Turner, Kimberly Teamer and Taurie Gillis; other loving family members and dear friends. Wanda was a graduate of Horace Mann High, Class of 1975. She retired from BC/BS of IL/Healthcare Service Corp in 1997.
