About	Caryl A. Lukasik, age 78, of Portage, IN, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2016. She was born on May 1, 1938 in Gary, IN, to Leslie and Florence (Siemion) Foreaker. Caryl is survived by her husband, Jerome Lukasik; sons: Dan (Eileen Rodriguez) Lukasik of Ft. Myers, FL and Robb (Erin) Lukasik of Portage; daughter, Diane (David Hackett) Lukasik of Bloomington, IN; brother, James Foreaker of AZ; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Jim Lukasik. Caryl was a beloved wife, treasured mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to read and travel. Caryl was a longtime member of Hope Lutheran Church in Portage.
