About	Joyce Djurdjevich, age 68, died on Sunday, January 17, 2016. Joyce was born to her beloved parents, the late Nikola and Marija Djurdjevich. She is survived by her sister, Milica, her pets and numerous relatives in Virginia, Canada and Europe. Joyce attended Horace Mann High School and business school in Chicago. She was a resident of New York City for many years and loved shopping, volunteering and the fine arts and cultural events the city offered. Joyce was employed at the New York Public Library, Office of the President, Vartan Gregorian, Major League Baseball for Commissioner, Fay Vincent and the President of Warren Equities before retiring. In her youth, she focused her life helping others. In keeping with her giving nature, she was a generous, compassionate and kind person. Her love for animals was instrumental in the initiation of the Domestic Animal Protection Act before it became law in the State of Indiana. Joyce will be greatly missed.
