About	Walker, Alex Louis Age 54, of Gary, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014. Born May 6, 1960, he was a lifelong Gary resident, and attended Horace Mann High School. Alex, "the life of the party" and the neighborhood chef, will be missed by all. Preceded in death by his father, John T. Walker, he leaves to cherish his memory loving mother, Dannie Walker; daughter, Lanetris Walker; brother, Kent Walker; sisters, Venesia Dillahunty and LaVonne Walker; three grandchildren, Kira, Kamia and Kandace Haines, his loyal dog and best friend, Shadow and a host of other relatives, and friends.
