About	Frances Schipani, Age 70, a long time resident of El Cerrito, died Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Pinole Assisted Living. Mrs. Schipani loved dancing since her younger days in Gary, Indiana until her later years at the Moose Lodge. She was enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle and loved her brisk daily walks throughout El Cerrito. She would often encounter friends along the way and always had time to chat with them. She was proud to work as a waitress at her brothers restaurants which included Caffe' Giovanni in Berkeley. Her smile would light up the room and she made everyone feel like a part of the family. Frances was a loving mother and one could not ask for a more loyal and caring friend. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Kayo Shiveley; son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Bisbiglia and Nichole Turnbloom; her loving brothers John, Frank, Bill, and Jim; grandchildren, Maya, Angelina, Marlina and Noa; and by her dear companion and dance partner, Manuel Cisneros, who helped her live her remaining years with dignity and grace.
