About	Jose A. Lopez, age 75, of Hammond, IN passed away March 5. 2014. He is survived by three loving daughters: Tina Rose (James) Giebelhausen, Debra Jo (Thomas) Kazmierczak and Patricia Lynn (Mark) DeGrazia; five loving grandchildren: Morayah, Cassidy, Aleksandre, Peyton and Matthew; former wife, Purificacion Lopez. Preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Jose graduated from Horace Mann High School. He also served as a medic in the Army during the Korean War.
