About	Clapp, Freida M. Age 92, of Nappanee, died at 10:28 p.m., Friday, December 13, 2013 at IU Health, Goshen, where she had been admitted Wednesday. She was born October 11, 1921 in Fordsville, KY to the late Beltran and Bessie (Wright) Keene. Mrs. Clapp moved to Nappanee in 2005 from Crown Point, where she had lived all of her life. She was a 1939 graduate of Horace Mann High School. She had worked 32 years for Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. as the office supervisor. Surviving are her daughter, Karen (Alan) Hand, Nappanee; a son, Vernon (Kathy) Clapp, Burlington, NC; 2 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Clapp will be cremated and a family gathering will take place at a later date at Bremen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Hospice. Arrangements are with Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
