About	Joel Yonover, 62, an attorney who helped bring the National Football League's Baltimore Colts to Indianapolis, died Friday, May 5, 1995at an Indianapolis hospital. He also worked in politics, the social services and for the Internal Revenue Service's Chicago office Mr. Yonover kept residences in Chicago and Indianapolis and was senior partner at an Indianapolis law firm. The deputy chief counsel of the IRS Chicago office from 1957 to 1964, he served as press secretary to Richard Hatcher during the former Gary mayor's first term beginning in 1967. In 1984, Mr. Yonover worked with then-Indianapolis Mayor William Hudnut to bring the Colts to the Hoosier Dome.
