About	Guy Manna, 71, of Ogden Dunes, died suddenly August 2, 2011 as a result of an auto accident. He is survived by his wife of nearly 40 years, Jean (Puskaric) Manna; his three children: Jason of Indianapolis, Nicole at home, and Lisa Hartlund of Milwaukee, WI; two grandchildren: Matthew O'Donnell and Margaret Hartlund of Milwaukee; also his sister, Amy Delturco of Portage. Preceded in death by his parents: Loreto and Mary (Ranalli) Manna; and sisters: Fran Darling and Elisa Manna. Guy was born March 23, 1940 in Gary and graduated from Horace Mann High School in 1958. He served in the Army Reserves. Guy held jobs working on the EJ&E Railroad, a stint as a real estate agent and was once even a dance instructor. He married Jean in 1971 after meeting her on a blind date. They built a home together in Ogden Dunes where they raised three children. Guy retired from U.S. Steel Gary Tube Works as a Clerk after more than 30 years. He ran concessions at the National Lakeshore and Indiana Dunes State Park and was part owner of the Savoy Supper Club in Portage. Guy loved gardening, projects around the house and hanging out at Menard's and Lowes. He is dearly missed by friends and family. Funeral mass was held at St. Mary of the Lake in Miller and burial was at Calvary Cemetery in Portage.
