About	Ruth Blanche Biggs (nee Hedrick), age 82, passed away in Bountiful, UT on July 8, 2009. She was born March 5, 1927 in San Pierre, IN, the daughter of Elmer and Idelia (Wickizer) Hedrick and sister of Harold Hedrick. After graduating from Horace Mann High School, she married Burl Biggs and together they raised three children during their 59 year marriage. At age 56, she went to school and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Calumet College of St. Joseph with a degree in psychology. She loved her 10 years working as a developmental specialist for LCAR (Bridges). Ruth was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and was an inspiration to all those who had an opportunity to attend one of the many classes she taught. Ruth was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who is survived by her husband, Burl W. Biggs; children: Nancy (George) Dewey of Kaysville, UT, Ted (Charlene) Biggs of Discovery Bay, CA and Lisa (Dan) Botich of Crown Point; grandchildren: Rachelle Cooper, Renae (Derek) Taylor, Melissa (Jason) Shepherd and Samantha Dewey, Ted (Melissa), Brent and Michelle Biggs, Sophiana and Peyton Botich; great grandchildren: Lyndsee and Logan Cooper, Chase and Berkeley Shepherd and Madison Biggs.
