About	Terry was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Valparaiso, a former member of Holy Angels Cathedral, a graduate of Holy Angels Grade School and Horace Mann High School, Class of 1957 and a graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science. He attended Indiana University. He was a gold card member of the Gary Sportsmans Club, the Innsbrook Country Club, the Gary Old Timers, the Isaac Walton, an Executive Board Member of the Friendly Sons of Erin, and the AHEPA. He was a member of The Knights of Columbus St. Thomas Council #1347. He was a member of Abraham Lincoln Assembly 4th degree. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army. Terry is survived by his wife of 43 years, MaryBeth (Owens) Burns of Valparaiso; his daughters Jennine (Charles) Clark of Las Vegas, NV, and their children Mary K. Clark of Chicago and Patrick C. Clark of Las Vegas; Margaret Leslie (Knight) Martorell and their son, Colin Knight Martorell of Highlands, NC; son Patrick A. (Heather) Burns and their sons, Ryan Patrick Burns and Hayden Matthew Burns of Valparaiso; Sister Barbara Ann 'Babs' (Jack) Chevigny of Munster; brother James F. (Sally) Burns of Hobart. and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
