OCEANSIDE - Victor Michael Sereda, 66, died Sunday, March 14, 2004, at Vista Knoll Convalescent Home.
Born June 2, 1937, in Gary, Ind., he lived in Oceanside for 14 years. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and retired as a captain.
Mr. Sereda is survived by his mother, Helen Sereda of Oceanside; and sister Helene Velez of Illinois.
No services will be held at the request of the deceased. A private cremation is planned.
