About	Earl Clay Currin, Jr., Age 53, of Crown Point, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019. Born on November 29, 1965 in Gary, Indiana to Loretta Wilson and Earl Clay Currin, Sr., Earl was a 1986 graduate of Horace Mann High School and a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy retiring after 20 years of service. At the time of his passing, Earl was employed by Midwest Steel in Portage. Preceding him in death was his father, Earl, Sr., stepfather, Eddie Wilson, daughter, Mary Epson, sister, Yolanda Newbern, niece, Annesha Wilson and uncle, Emanuel Newbern. Earl leaves to cherish his memory: loving wife, Latonia Currin; son, Earl Clay Currin III (Millissa); daughters, Tiffany Cook, Nyoka Davis (Fidge), Ebony Currin, Britany Currin, Jasmine Perry; two stepchildren and seven grandchildren. Earl is also survived by his mother, Loretta Wilson; three sisters, Carolyn Currin-Holder (James), Tonya Newbern, Latisha Wilson; one brother, Lamonte Newbern (Catina); beloved aunt, Shirlene Newbern; uncles Reggie Newbern (Marjorie) and Willie Eggleston (Delores); and a host of other special family members and friends.
