About	Ezequiel Martin Gonzalez, 77, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2012, in Greenville, NC. Marty, a native of Gary, IN, was the son of the late Ezequiel and Constance Lopez Gonzalez. He attended Notre Dame University and Indiana University and served in the United States Army. He was a partner in Cosmopolitan Radio in Gary, IN and later opened MG Electronics which was first located in Gary and later in Merrillville. He was active in the Roman Catholic Church and coached little league baseball for a number of years. He made his home in Merrillville, where he raised his family and later moved to Atlanta, GA where he lived for 23 years prior to moving to North Carolina recently. Marty was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Ring Gonzalez in 2001. He is survived by his children: Marty (Sally) Gonzalez of Silver Spring, MD, Kelli (David) Hollinger of Winterville, NC, Catherine Gonzalez, of Greensboro, NC, Jeanie Ring (Robert) Marquez of Austin, TX, John Ring, of Atlanta, GA, and Thomas Ring, of Asheville, NC; grandchildren: Zeke, Noah, Augustin, and Lillie Gonzalez, Emily and Andrew Hollinger, Alexandra and Robert Marquez, and Savanna and Charlotte Ring. Marty left HM high school and graduated elsewhere.
